IS 18 SPREADSHEET FUNDAMENTALS (1.5 Units)

This course provides an introduction to spreadsheet fundamentals for the business manager. This course will cover creating and formatting worksheets,

using formulas and functions, and creating graphs using a spreadsheet. The student is expected to complete assignments in the computer laboratory

outside of class.

LING 10 INTRODUCTION TO LANGUAGE (3 Units)

This course examines human language, including its nature, structure, use, history, and acquisition. Emphasis is on the systematic linguistic description

of language knowledge and usage. It is recommended for foreign language majors and students who are interested in how language works.
