following components of physical fitness will be emphasized:
muscular endurance, muscular strength, body composition,

This is a course designed primarily for students
possessing the desire, ability and skills necessary to compete
on the intercollegiate level. Prospective participants should
confer with the soccer coach before enrollment. A minimum
of 9.5 hours participation per week during the season of the

36C OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING FOR SOCCER

This is a course for off-season conditioning of soccer
players. This class is designed primarily for students possessing
the desire, ability and soccer skills necessary to compete on

This course involves softball training, skill
development, knowledge, strategy, and appreciation. It is
intended for students with varsity high school experience (or
equivalent) who are preparing for competitive intercollegiate
