CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT
The certificate program in waste water treatment will provide
students with skills to be able to; identify the physical,
chemical and biological characteristics of typical municipal
sewage; interpret federal and state laws and regulations
as they relate to wastewater treatment process; evaluate
the performance and operation of the various processes
involved in wastewater treatment; evaluate problems and
provide solutions in the treatment system; and calculate
pump requirements. These classes are designed for current
employees in the field of waste water treatment.
