This course provides an introduction to word processing for the business manager. This course will include creating, editing, formatting, saving and

printing documents. A number of advanced topics will be introduced. This course includes a survey of current word processing applications. The

student is expected to complete assignments in the computer laboratory outside of class.

IS 18 SPREADSHEET FUNDAMENTALS (1.5 Units)

This course provides an introduction to spreadsheet fundamentals for the business manager. This course will cover creating and formatting worksheets,

IS 19V COOPERATIVE WORK EXPERIENCE, INFORMATIO (1-8 Units)

Supervised employment, directly related to student’s major in information systems. Students may enroll for a maximum of 8 units per semester.

Students may earn a total of 16 units in work experience of which only 6 may be in COTR 19G. Note: Repetition of Cooperative Work Experience
