Topics include time value of money, tax strategies, financial planning strategies, financial monitoring, money & credit management, risk management, saving and investing, and retirement and estate planning. We will use applications in business, economics and social sciences. This class meets the major requirements for students transferring to CSU, Fresno. PREREQUISITES: Mathematics 103 or 2 years high school algebra to include Intermediate Algebra or equivalent.
