2 2017-2018 Catalog C atalog S tatement This publication is intended to serve students and prospective students as a guide to program planning, institutional services and regulations for attendance at this institution. This catalog becomes effective with the Fall 2017 semester and ends with the Summer 2018 semester, unless otherwise amended. The college reserves the right to adjust conditions of enrollment, class offerings and services rendered as dictated by the limits of institutional resources and enrollment conditions.
