Clovis Community College – Spring 2018 Class Schedule 27 Academic/Progress Probation Assistance Counseling Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., occasional Saturdays. COUNSELING IS REQUIRED IF YOU ARE ON ACADEMIC/PROGRESS PROBATION. CODE DESCRIPTION OF CODE P1 Progress Probation Level 1 — you must complete the online probation workshop. P2 Progress Probation Level 2 — you must schedule an appointment to meet with a counselor. PD Progress Dismissal — You may be required to sit out of all SCCCD colleges and center and/or petition for readmission. There is also an appeal process.
